PGM-79 Powered GM

I got more and more annoyed by the looks of the standard feet the GM Kai comes with. They’re not bad. But they’re just so… short. Especially when you look at the Powered GM as a whole. So i bought myself a sheet of styrene and came up with these:

I based the design on the lineart. I’m assuming I can take some artistic license. Besides, as long as it looks like Katoki’s typical design, it’ll be fine. I didn’t really do proper measurements, just some basic ones to make sure the changes won’t make the feet too big. :)

Here’s the difference before and after the modifications. While it deviates from the lineart quite a fair bit, I like the look. Now I just have to get a hold of some putty and sand to shape.

Some ideas of color schemes for my PGM. I’ll decide on one later. For now, it’s just for doodling purposes.

Kit Info
Manufacturer: Bandai Master Grade + Akohobby conversion
Scale: 1/100
Media: Injection Plastic

I’ve actually finished this thing for awhile now. Just that I never got the chance to take a photo of it. The shield is from an MG GM Quel I got over the Internet. I think it looks better with this shield compared to the original one that comes with the kit. There’s lots of gaps to be filled which I’ll get to soon enough. Knowing me… it might take awhile.
