I needed to modify the whole torso to bend more forward that was was possible in stock form. It’ll give my PGM a more ’superhero’ look. 
There are various methods to achieve this. I of course, went with the easiest way. A stack of 6 plastic cards in a U-shape, like so:
Plonk it into the waist… and I get:
And this is the end result, before and after:
With the way I modified the waist, the insert doesn’t even need to be permanently attached! Pure physics holds the insert in place.
