Using lacquer thinner for acrylic paint kinda defeats the primary reason people use acrylics though doesn’t it?

Still mulling over the options. Right now, I’m leaning towards just sticking with Vallejo since it’s hard to argue with the no smell and easy washup…

Tamiya acrylics can be thinned using lacquer thinner to get a smoother finish.
It will also airbrush better.
I use Mr Hobby lacquers because they come pre-matched to FS codes.

I wonder if they fixed the molding process for their later Viper releases then. The one I have is the F-16AM, which is the earliest F-16 they released.

I had excellent results with the Kinetic E-2c kit.
Absolutely nothing wrong with the plastics characteristics. The molding design was very good, parts fit very well , in general a pleasure to build!

I consider it deinitely in the Hasegowa/Tamiya class, and the price is reasonable…
